"Not really 4 star standard. The building itself is quite nice, the location decent and the rooms comfortable. Rooms aren’t properly sound proofed so a lot of road noise. Pool area not well maintained. Staff at reception seem a bit annoyed if you ask a question. The transport guy was just plain rude. It’s hard to be truly objective due to the excessive smoking culture in Albania. Smoke is everywhere. You walk past smoking employees standing in front of the building, and the pool bar and restaurant is spoilt by smoking."
