"Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."

"The hotel is new with clean rooms. Our family of four booked a room with two queen beds. The AC worked well, and room service was provided as requested. The South Indian breakfast was delicious."

My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast) Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru! Keep up the friendly hospitality!"
