"The rooms were clean but the washrooms were small and outdated. Guess should bring their own hair dryer tooth paste etc. The food was ok. The staff were friendly. Extra fees to use their pickle ball, 2500 pesos, 5 K to go to the beach area."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. "L'hébergement n'était plus à l'adresse indiquée mais 50 m plus loin. L'accès est plutôt compliqué car de la route principale,la pente est très très raide. Quand on demande, on trouve assez bien le lieu. La femme qui gère est super et arrangeante. Il faut prendre des moyens de locomotion pour bouger mais comme partout. Notre chambre était impeccable. "
