Family suite was a great choice at this classic hotel. Clean, spacious and overall really classy. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends looking for a full spa experience and a calm retreat by the beach walk.

Wir hatten die Junior-Suit und wir waren begeistert. Der Blick auf den Strand war fantastisch, an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen und der Pool- sowie Sauna-Bereich war sowohl sehr einladend als auch modern aufgebaut. Auch das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr vielfältig. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Insgesamt zufrieden. Das Hotel muss ich entscheiden, ob es weiter absteigen will. (wir waren ja schon öfter da oder wiederaufblühen möchte. Das letzte Telefonat vor der Ankunft mit der Frage, ob jetzt Stellplätze da sind, wurde verneint. Der Hinweis, sie seien doch ein Fünfsternehotel wurde beantwortet mit dem Hinweis, sie seien gar nicht zertifiziert. Die Punkte hätten sie sich selbst gegeben. die Frage nach reservieren von Plätzen in einem der vier Restaurants wurde dies gehend beantwortet, dass es sowieso überall nur gleiches Essen gibt also nur eine Küche. (Normalerweise dann nicht fünf Sterne ) meine Frau und ich trugen dann die Koffer selber hinein, da im Empfang der berühmte (Mann für die Koffer) er optisch in Deckung ging als zu helfen. Dass sehr junge neue Personal (Auszubildende etc.) war sehr engagiert und freundlich. neben einer Hotelfachschule habe ich auch Hotels umgebaut oder neu gebaut. Ich würde sagen, 3,5 Sterne.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal schien uns wenig qualifiziert und unfreundlich. Eigentlich schade, dass bei einem solchem schönen Hotel der Eindruck durch das Personal getrübt wird.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt – mit einigen Enttäuschungen Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Wir hatten im Vorfeld einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gebucht und konnten dies auch schriftlich nachweisen. An der Rezeption wurde uns jedoch zunächst nicht geglaubt – erst als die Managerin zufällig dazu kam, wurde uns der gebuchte Parkplatz schließlich zugewiesen. Das war kein besonders gelungener Start. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Wellness-Gäste: Der Außenpool ist nicht nutzbar – zumindest war er es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Auf der Website des Hotels sowie auf Hotels.com wird jedoch mit einem Innen- und Außenpool geworben. Man geht daher davon aus, dass beide ganzjährig beheizt und zugänglich sind. Leider entspricht das nicht der Realität, was für uns als Wellness-Urlauber sehr enttäuschend war. Auch das Bett war leider wenig komfortabel – man merkt deutlich, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie hätten wir mehr erwartet. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet – dieses war wirklich hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Trotzdem werden wir uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Großzügig ausgestattetes Hotel- von innen schöner als von außen... Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ostseeblick, tolles Schwimmbad/Fitnessbereich. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, die zum Frühstück eine sehr nette Geburtstagsaufmerksamkeit gestaltet haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Uhøflig personale og dårlig service.

Dårlig oplevelse med booket junior suite, ingen parkeringsplads og jeg har en kone med handicap, nærmeste offentlige parkering 1.4 km væk, så det starter rimelig skidt, og så er spa lukket grundet den ikke fungerer, der bliver ikke korrekt udleveret materiale om hotellet, ingen vand på værelset heller ikke noget i minibar, det viser sig at det skal man bestille, men det materiale blev heller ikke udleveret ved indcheckning og så er deres buffet uden nogle former for gluten frit, det er lidt usædvanligt for er kurhotel. Endvidere står kokken i buffet’en og ryster på hovedet af gæsterne. Find et andet hotel. Der stod også andre gæsters bagage på vores værelse da vi tjekkede ind, det beklagede de meget. Men amatører er min mening.
