"One reason we picked this place was for our 4 yr old wanted a pool for bday vacation. The pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance 😠 the 2 girls at the front desk were more than helpful and kind. They found another hotel that would let us use there pool. It was inconvenient but helped. The staff 2 girls at the front desk were some of the best I even seen "

"We needed a stop over for a long trip. I was familiar with the area and it was about halfway to home. Rooms was immaculate, breakfast was substantial and it was walking distance from food, gas, convenient stores. Slept well!"

"We stayed here for 3 days to attend a family reunion in Buchanan, VA. The hotel has so much history and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast in the dining room one morning. The hotel is old but everything is in good working order. The only reason I gave a cleanliness score of 4 is I feel the elevator could use a good cleaning and spruce up. We enjoyed Natural Bridge State Park that is just across the street while we were there, also. I highly recommend a stay here."
