However, when my wife booked a Spa treatment the hotel refused to honour the guest 20% discount as we had book our stay through Expedia. "So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"
