I’d recommend driving the half hour and stay in Woodstock rather than staying here. Rooms are motel style in two separate buildings. The rooms are quite dated, carpets are old, desk and chair belong in a dorm room.

Old and outdated. Priced appropriately. The breakfast isn’t good. If you want a cheap and ok place, then it’s fine.
