"Toen we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door de verhuurders. We kregen een rondleiding door het appartement door de verhuurder. Het appartement was heel net en proper. Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. "We loved our spacious suite, the friendly reception staff, and the complimentary water—especially since the jet tub was a huge hit with the kids, the location offered an easy, 25-minute free bus ride to Clervaux, and they even let us leave our baggage before check-in so we could sightsee without heavy luggage; however, while we are aware that pets are allowed, there was a lingering pet odor from a previous stay that wasn't ideal."

"The hotel is located at a roundabout in the middle of nowhere. The location was mostly beneficial to us, as we wanted to visit different places that were all within a reasonable driving distance. (Luxemburg, Dinant, Rochefort, Bastogne, Namur.) The service was good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was remarkably good, among the best i can recall in terms of quality, though the selection was somewhat limited. The lady arranging the breakfast was particularly nice. Dinner at the restaurant was also fantastic. The restaurant requires reservations for dinner, but they still accommodated us the first night when we were unprepared. This place almost felt like a hidden gem, particularly at this price, though that is likely due to location. Even so there were a few things that bothered us a bit: the rooms are not well ventilated and the heat in the summer was unpleasant, though we did get a fan to mitigate this. Three out of four mornings we were woken up by noise outside in the mornings (we had the windows wide open). One morning it was the music at the patio 0730, the next it was hedge trimming at 0830, then it was the truck delivering supplies at 0630. All of this by the hotels services, there was also a garbage truck and some road noise (the speed limit outside is 70kph), but that is more or less as expected. Shutting the windows mostly cut off the noise enough to go back to sleep for a while longer."

"Loved the balcony with lovely views of the garden and the castle. Glad I booked the room with the balcony. Sadly it rained lest night and also I couldn’t work out how to put the balcony light on. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Loved the location right by the castle and town hall and a supermarket. Wiltz is a lovely little town with loads of history. Loads of nice eating places. Amazing breakfast this morning served by a lovely lady."
