"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Everything was first class from the initial greeting at reception to the time we checked out. Pre booked parking was easy to find and only a stroll to the hotel. Reception staff were excellent. Room was good, well equipped and maintained. The bathroom was a good size and high quality. The breakfast was also excellent. Great hotel in a great location."

"Just back from an overnight stay and I must say what a super place the Oxford Belfry was! I was staying with my daughter and two grandchildren. They gave us a suite with separate bedrooms which was fantastic. Huge rooms with double basin shower room plus a separate toilet and basin. Loads of space to put belongings. Very clean, very comfortable beds, complimentary water and tea/coffee (machine with pods), bath robes too. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great - easy flowing layout, good selection of hot and cold, it was great."
