"Avoid this hotel. It appears to operate under another name, Hotel Dream View. The room and common areas were not clean, and the overall hygiene standards were poor. The staff was unhelpful and rude throughout the check-in process. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was asked to pay nearly twice the booked amount in cash, which was completely unacceptable. "Fantastic property. there is no doubt on that. rooms are brilliant. especially if you have the ground floor rooms as they have a semi-private semi pool. great fun at nights!!! Staff is super helpful. very well trained. Food is tasty. Though I would prefer if there are more options in the high-tea and dinner. Breakfast buffet is a high point. Due to the crowd during dinner, the staff was a bit clueless. There are limited activities to do here. In fact the recreation area is a tad bit far, accessible by complimentary golf cart. However, there aren't many things to do there especially for kids. I would recommend if the hotel admin can arrange special activities for kids - star gazing, cooking without fire, bird watching etc."

"Stayed at the property for 3 days. Overall I would say it was positive experience. The room was clean but had a few mosquitos on first day but the staff took care of it the second day. The bathroom could have been better but for some reason the tile work makes it look worse. The breakfast was good and had lots of options but it became repetitive everyday. The morning menu was same everyday. The staff at restaurant was not trained well and we had to request multiple times for same item before being delivered."
