"It was scam, they claimed they had no rooms with 2 beds as reserved only a room with a king size bed. They then offered a second hotel down the block that has 2 beds but it was a private house not a hotel. "

"This is a nice hotel. It is within walking distance to all of the sights. The hotel is right beside the very noisy highway which runs right through the town. However, at night there is no traffic on the highway so it is quiet in the hotel"

I find the rate per night to be high for what is offered; I would say it is overpriced by over $1,000 per night. Some of the amenities are still not activated; there is no coffee service in the rooms or available in the hotel, so you have to drive to the nearest convenience store to get coffee or snacks. "

"Very nice, centric place in Bernal. Overall the town is very noisy with all-terrain tourist vehicles blasting loud music. Recommend using ear plugs. The hotel was super nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"
