"We had a fantastic stay at the Woodland Village. The lodges were lovely and the kids loved the little Lego hunt and treat in the room. Everything was clean and on “theme” and the little parks were great. The staff were really helpful. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is: Airplane noise from Heathrow which obviously is no one’s fault. Breakfast was really poor. Just recooked rubbery food and a tiny continental selection. You’d think after the amount you pay they’d have a coffee machine as well but only instant unless you wanted to buy a Costa. The early access to the park was a bit of a shambles with lots of queues and no one really knowing what was going on. We also queued for the coastguard ride for 10 minutes in the early queue to then be told it was shut by which point the other early ride queues were all busy! A lovely stay just a few niggles."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly nice—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. We also loved the nice pool area, and the food at the restaurant was both delicious and very well priced. Highly recommend this place,"

"The stay included a free breakfast, which was good. A fair amount of options. Wish the room had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, but there was no option available. The location was very close to a bus stop which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little tight for the three of us, but it worked ok."
