The position is good for us. We're a big family, the washing machine is very important, also the cooking facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, petty good coffee.

This is one of the top rated hotels in Tianjin and after living there for 10 days one can easily see that it justifies its top rating. The hotel staff is simply wonderful and proactive to help day and night. The help arrives in minutes whenever needed. The staff is courteous, professional and eager to help. The room is spacious, clean and so is the hotel. The buffet is a solid way to start the day. The metro is walking distance (lines 5&6) from where one can easily reach virtually any point in Tianjin. Overall we rate is a 5stars in staff, accessibility to metro, location, cleanliness, comfortability of bed and other amenities, at an attractive price point versus other similar hotels.

천진 방문시 항상 묵는 숙소입니다. 생긴지 몇년 되지않아 시설이 깨끗하면 직원들도 친절합니다. 1층 상가에 슈퍼 생긴 후로는 물품 구입도 쉽고 택시 타면 돌아다니기 편합니다. 조금 걸어가면 지하철도 이용 가능합니다

숙박 추천합니다

톈진 방문 시, 주로 숙박하는 호텔(레지던스) 입니다. 기존에는 먹을 것 사러 시대오성에 가야했지만 1층에 마트 생겨셔 편해졌습니다. 건물 내부는 항상 깨끗하고 새 건물 같습니다 주변도 주로 조용해서 편안하게 취침 가능합니다 다음에도 이곳에서 숙박할 예정입니다

The hotel looks new and isn't too far from metro station. There is a supermarket nearby. The room is clean. Concierge is helpful. Sometimes the hotel has no enough staff during late/early hours but overall it's fine.

The property is relatively new - opened in 2016. These are spacious, clean and well maintained. The Breakfast Menu is vast and includes all requirements. Fitness Center and Kids play area is also well equipped. Would recommend to everyone.

4.5入住的。 好的方面，三室一厅设备齐全，物品齐备，干净整洁，停车免费。 不足的方面窗户漏风严重，竟然没有暖气没有空调（中央空调暖气档出来的是冷风自然风），晚上真冷呀。另外就是，服务员显然对我们不够热情。

Great stay at a good hotel

The stay was great, but found the lack of a swimming pool disappointing. The hotel management was kind enough to arranged a day of swimming at another branch of the hotel. My kids were ecstatic with the arranged car ride and swimming pool service and amenities. The steam boat lunch was delicious.
