CONs: Dark hallways; dark room; inadequate seating in suite living room My Personal Experience: I was very disappointed to discover that I was not given the room I THOUGHT I had booked. This was my third stay at the Arcadian and third booking of the property through Expedia. I chose the same room all three times but this third time I was assigned a different room from the one I had booked. This was extremely frustrating, particularly since my friend and I had booked the room for a week. Although the room was a suite, it was much smaller and darker than the one we stayed in the previous two times. It was also a very long walk down two hallways from the elevator and included three steps between the hallways up which we needed to drag our luggage. The lack of adequate lighting in the room made it feel very dreary and unwelcoming, and was exacerbated by the lack of comfortable seating besides the pull-out sofa in the living room area. Adding one, if not two, pole lamps and at least one accent chair would go a long way in improving one's stay."

"Just there for an overnight. Very modern and lovely hotel..Very large room, very good coffee in the morning in the lobby. Just not used to the noise from the highway right out the window."

"Staff very unfriendly at front desk. Lack of knowledge. My wife was at the front desk late evening and the agent took a long time to check in . Asked two times the ID . From a chain like Hilton we are expecting a better customer service "

"Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this hotel my 3 nights were horrible "
