"We just stayed for one night - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room. Massive highlight was breakfast. We had the warmest friendliest welcome from Robert, he was so helpful, friendly and kind. Freshly made pancakes, poached eggs and also lovely hot buffet food. Highly recommend. Thank you"

"Easy check in with helpfull staff. Very good and clean rooms. Reastaurant closes at 21:30 but room service all night and vending in the reception. Despite not booking a cot was immediately avalable.. With two small children the very short trip to the airport needed a taxi (2 minutes) which was easily organised and punctual."

"The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room. Its hell of a long walk with steps. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed the room. But the problem were, the lifts wasn't working? So we had to carry the baby. The luggage and the Pram up-and-down the stairs. It was so exhausting and very, very far to walk to the car park when we were leaving I would say it's not toddler friendly, so any parents with buggies not recommended The stuff are very helpful and friendly. Everything was okay. The rooms was clean The pool was very nice, considering they close early which we wasn't impressed with it The food menu on the bar was limited I hope it helps some parents"
