No elevator and there are stairs to get into the hotel. Our group had no problems. We had a great stay."

"The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout.
