"The room was very comfortable. Location was right across the street from express bus that took you to train station in 5 minutes. Hotel is a short walk from a lovely wooded park and Lake Thun. Hotel is about a half hour walk from the city center if you walk thru the park and along the lake. "

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. We messaged the property well before we arrived that we still needed our access code. No response. We messaged them while we were waiting outside. No response. While my pregnant wife was...
