Hotels near Three Cultures Square

"This is not a luxury hotel, but I am not on vacation. I am traveling from point A to point B and need a clean, safe place to spend the night. This hotel meets those needs. My only complaint is that there was no hot water in the shower - there was only cold and less cold. Don't understand why that was the case since there was hot water from the bathroom sink."

"Staff, I made a mistake when I booked my days. I called Expedia customer service to change my booking and make corrections, but the desk agent denied the manager’s request and refused to help me. As a result, I ended up paying an extra day that I didn’t use because the employees were unwilling to assist me. The customer service was terrible; the agents were rude and unhelpful. My family and I have decided never to return to this hotel again. "
