"Staff were fabulous at all times. Very helpful. Approachable and friendly and efficient. One quick suggestion is to consider putting more coffee in the rooms. There was only one packet, which does not seem like enough (and certainly wasn't for me). Staff brought some up which was great, but having more in there to start with makes sense. And possibly some cream or coffee whitener, rather than just sugar. And a shower cap for the bathroom. Again, staff were helpful and provided these things, but having a well-stocked room makes guests feel cared for. Overall, a great place with a fabulous view and super staff. Great food, too."
