"Outstanding customer service. From the moment you arrive you experience VIP levels of service (even if you’re not!) The number of staff members who called me by name was impressive! Upgraded room was very appreciated. Neha one of the concierges was super helpful and was more than helpful and accommodating. My brother and I especially appreciated the farewell card she left for us. We will surely stay at the Mandarin again the next time we are in Jakarta."

"Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower."
