"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"Fabulous location and warm welcome. Our room, the Zodiac room, was large, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was very hot but there was already a fan in the room. My partner had a back massage and said it was great, as we're the facilities. There is no out door jacuzzi due to building works and it didn't spoil our time there. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food, service and vino very good. We will come back 😁👍"

Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere throughout. What really stood out was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team I encountered was cheerful, helpful, and committed to making guests feel at home. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do. A big thank you to everyone for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and great value."

Every member of staff I spoke to was approachable and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to return. It’s easy to see why this hotel has such a good reputation. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend Hilton Northampton to anyone visiting the area."

"Had a great stay, the room was nice and clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were very nice. I wasn’t aware until after I had booked the use of the pool was an extra charge. Also parking wasn’t free which was also not expected. Overall would stay again but would have to factor in the extra costs"
