"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"Great stay, Good room, shower lovely, only complaint was waiting for 25 minutes for the lift. Every time it came it was full and being disabled I was in quite a lot of pain after; eventually giving up and the stairs. On talking to the staff I was told that the 4th lift (currently being installed) had been out of action for months. Room slightly rough round the edges but non the less a great stay."

"Nice hotel reasonably priced for the area and convenient for the city centre. Bar was nice and prices OK for a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have got five stars but little things were not quite right. For example there was a USB port in the room but t did not work. No sweeteners on the coffee try. These are picky things and I would stay here again. Only stayed one night so cannot say if things would have been sorted if I had brought them to the staffs attention."
