"We spent on night at the Buck and enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and made us feel welcome, we entered the quiz on the Sunday night but didn’t win! The breakfast was good also. We would have liked a small sink in the shower room and a bigger table to make drinks on as the kettle was on the windowsill."

"Very nice stay in a Lovely hotel in very nice location. Very nice staff especially Rachel who helped with our booking, thank you Rachel. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Very nice room. Great base for exploring North Yorkshire and we visited Ripon, Thirsk and Knaresborough. We will definitely book again 😃"
