"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. "

"Absolutely shocking. Stunk off Stale Curry and Urine. Nothing maintained, dangerous electricals, bed linen unwashed and no covers on the yellow/brown pillows and quilts. Food still in the sink, urine in the toilet and a huge wet patch in one of the rooms carpets. There were only room to sleep 3 even though there were 4 of us that we had booked so had to arrange alternative accommodation and no refund accepted from the landlord even though he agreed it while we were at the property. "Staff were very helpful. I was travelling alone with a baby and the front desk staff helped with my bags. Room was nice and clean. Only 2 downsides the pillows were as thin as paper and lumpy in my room and the lift is tiny. As I had a pram only the pram and myself could squeeze in and it was a squeeze. If you’re travelling with children I’d recommend leaving the pram in the car. "
