"Not luxurious but great for the price during weekday stays. Nice lobby! Bring your own pool towels and shower towels, and maybe shampoo and conditioner if you use a lot. Bedding was clean. Great pillows, not massive that give you neck arches. Nice hot showers in the rooms. Warm pool, HOT hot tub, hot sauna. Hot tub has paint peeling off and some might not like that but the hotness is amazing!! You can shower at the pool and there's private change rooms there too. Coffee maker is on the main floor, and makes pretty good coffee. Parking can be an issue if you get there past 6-7pm, and small stalls."

"We had a fantastic trip to Spirit Ridge, we spent a day at the adult pool which was wonderful and Sonja the beverage lady was amazing! She works so hard and makes sure she remembers everyone’s name. The room was terrific we had a Penthouse one bedroom condo with amazing views, highly recommend"

"Great place to stay. You do not have tv's or ice machines as it is a residence but they have a full sized fridge/freezer, kitchen, free parking and great A/C which is nice. One thing to note is this is far from downtown with no amenities close by so having a vehicle is important if you plan to check out the water front. Enjoyed my stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Resort Penticton and appreciated our room, especially the partial lake view. The property has a beautiful setting and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not quite match the price we paid. While the room was generally comfortable, we felt that some details could have been improved. The mattress was not as comfortable as we expected, and a better-quality bed would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. We also felt that the housekeeping service could have been better. We stayed for three nights and requested fresh bed sheets, including placing the linen change sign, but unfortunately this was not completed. In addition, the room could have felt fresher and more welcoming. Small touches such as a pleasant scent or more attention to room freshness would have helped create a more comfortable stay. We were also surprised that breakfast was not included, especially considering the nightly rate. We travel locally quite often and understand that hospitality costs have increased, but we also expect the level of service, comfort, and amenities to reflect the price being charged. We don’t usually leave negative feedback, but we wanted to share our honest experience. The resort has a great location and beautiful surroundings, but improving the details — from room upkeep and bedding comfort to overall guest service — would help make the stay feel more worthwhile."

"An affordable option with friendly and accommodating service. Breakfast was excellent - eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, bagels, juice and coffee. Has a pool and hot tub that we didn't have time to use, although they were going to keep it open late just for us, but we were too tired. The only complaint is that the pillows and pillow cases were not fresh and had an oily smell - I think this was only our room, as my parents' room was fine. The staff was helpful."
