"The room was generally comfortable, but noise levels were a noticeable issue. There was moderate sound transfer between floors—footsteps and movement from above were occasionally audible but not overly disruptive.
However, the noise coming through the bathroom was significantly more concerning. Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms carried very clearly, often loud enough to interrupt sleep or relaxation. It felt as though there was little to no sound insulation in that area, which took away from an otherwise decent stay. I mentioned the issue at checkout, but staff didn’t seem to concerned.
If noise sensitivity is a concern, especially at night, this is something to be aware of when booking."
