"Staff were friendly, parking was quite full when we got in later in the evening but luckily we found a spot, i did book reserve now, pay later. I noticed I was charged around 5pm the day I was due to arrive which hasn’t happened before with any of my other bookings, but wasnt really an issue, just surprised me! Otherwise all was well, and the property was cleanly and well maintained."

"This was the first time that we have stayed here. the Property was very well laid out convenient to everything along the lake close to the park, and the staff were amazingly polite.. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation. The bartender was amazingly attentive, even though we only had a small appetizer."

"Room was clean and spacious and close to lots of good services. Our stay was great until a youth hockey team moved in with their neglectful parents and played hockey in the hallways and wandered about the hotel all night. Also was super disappointed that the only time I tried to use the pool it was closed for maintenance and the staff couldn’t tell me when it would open again. It was weird because one staff said it could open and another came behind them and closed it again."

"We had a great experience at Sandman hotel in Vernon! We had the Kingsize bed suite that had a comfy couch in front of the TV with all the amenities we needed. We had a great sleep cause they had a/c to stay comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The shower was hot, the coffee and tea tasted good and we kept our food cold in the mini fridge. Would definitely come back!"
