"This was our second stay. We come for the pool and courtyard. Be sure to book or ask for a pool/courtyard view on the second or third floor. Our tv didn’t work but they moved us to the room next door without any problem. The staff were really helpful. Highly recommend checking out the Vernon waterslides while you’re there."

"The staff was very friendly; however they didn't really know where the restaurants were near by. Perhaps they could get abit of info on that point. We were upgraded to a kitchenette room, which was very nice. The breakfast was more than we expected. Great selection. The door to the room has alot of gaps, so it should be repaired before winter. (rm105) There was a handwritten thank you note in our room when we arrived and 2 bottles of water. This was a nice touch. Thank you. Cheryl and Tim."

"The staff was receptive and accommodating. They moved us to a new room as requested. We had flies on our curtains so we asked to be assigned in another room. Within few minutes we were re assigned into a new room."
