"Bathroom is pretty dated and could definitely use an update, but otherwise the room was pretty comfortable. The doors don’t keep out any noise from the hallway though so we were woken up multiple times in the early morning by other guests chatting outside of their rooms. Besides that, it was pretty quiet considering the hotel was right on a busy thoroughfare. We appreciated the free breakfast included. There were waffles, bagels, bread, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. As other guests have mentioned, it would be nice to have a couple more proteins, but overall free breakfast was decent and well-maintained."

"Excellent management- Thank you Kim!! My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham (formerly the Airlane Hotel) was exceptional. This facility has undergone upgrades. It had lost a little of its former luster but is once again becoming a top tier establishment. This is most evident in the renovated rooms and the lovely lobby. Our room was pristine and extremely comfortable. The mattress provided one of the most comfortable, restful nights I've ever experienced away from home. We had a tiny hiccup during check-in, which the manager, Kim, attended to personally. With kindness and competence, she exemplifies the highest standards and hospitality that many other facilities have lacked over the past few years. There is ample parking, a sense of security, without feeling policed, as well as a quiet, and comfortable atmosphere. To enhance an already great stay, was the access to a plethora of amenities and excellent dining opportunities, both on the property and in very close proximity (within walking distance). Located within 3 kms was an Enterprise location (with a wonderful staff-Thank you Dylan, the Thunder Bay Airport, shopping, a dog park, and walking trails. The list goes on and on.... Thank you Kim for going above and beyond to make the Ramada a wonderful surprise!"
