Amazing stay & couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. Will be booking again very soon. Sorry didn’t get his name but the man on the front desk is a credit to your organisation, Always so friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I really appreciated the staff during our stay! During the time, the key card maker was down and the managers and staff were trying so hard to assist everyone. Even through that small hiccup, they were timely, so polite and kind and never got mad at the constant requests from guests to get to their rooms. Also the breakfast was AMAZING! The biscuits were sooo buttery and fluffy, slightly crisp on the outside as well. I would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful and smelled wonderful. It was clean and the rooms were VERY spacious. I booked 2 rooms and they were both immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed at this property twice in 3 days, 1st room was great,2nd room was unclean with mildew smell so bad could not use couch. Staff was excellent both stays. Hope the maintenance crew for this new property can some consistency

The hotel was nice. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but there were several restaurants around the hotel. Check in could have been better. The desk receptionist, Catrenna, may need to review some of the training on customer service, her attitude was not welcoming at all. Maybe she needs to be on night shift where she doesnt have to deal with many, if any, customers. Day shift may not be her best time of day.

Only complaint were the pillows! I should have asked for another pillow cause one didn’t cut it. And that one pillow had nothing to it! Woke up with a painful neck and back. Other than the pillows everything was pretty good.
