"Adorable old house on side street about 4 blocks from center of Shelburne Falls. Once we arrived, we parked the car and walked to shops, art galleries and restaurants. Surrounded by pretty gardens and flowers. Had coffee, English muffins and toast in the morning. Thanks! Entire town is filled with friendly, happy folks who all seem to know each other. Wonderful. "

"Excellent experience especially that we could bring our dog. Only negative event was trying to retrieve a phone charger left in room 424 a few hours after check out. Front desk staff was not very responsive to trying to retrieve it as housekeeping had left for the day and offered zero recourse for searching for it. Very disappointing and not helpful. "
