Most staff speak only Malayalam. Parking is off site. Very inconvenient. Intercom works in parts. the restaurant timings are very restricted. Imagine no dinner after 10 evening. Wow.. And we were on a holiday.. "

"Way too overpriced. There is no telephone in the room. Number shared by the owner is not always reachable. They did not provide bed sheet and there was no hot water in bathroom."

"This trip was with family, however it turns out to be worst trip ever during new year time. After paying that much,,, there was nothing as like even 1 star resort. Rooms were old and fixtures were coming out. Bathrooms were not good. Shower panels were rusted,. Swimming pool was not cleaned. No one,, including other guests was able to use pools. Even giving the feedback, it was not done.. Same views were expressed by most of the guests.This was really disappointing."
