Things to do in Zia

Tigaki Beach is a gorgeous stretch of coastline that extends for more than 6 miles (10 kilometers). With so much space, clear water and views across to Turkey, it is a great place to come to unwind. Sunbathe on the sand, go for a swim and try your hand at waterskiing.

For approximately 2,000 years, Kos Port has played an important role in the life of the island. First as a trading post and in more recent years as a tourist gateway to the rest of Kos. It is also a pleasant place for a stroll and to enjoy traditional Greek cuisine in nearby tavernas.

Bodrum Beach is Bodrum’s central beach; a place to relax and enjoy sweeping views of the Bodrum peninsula and dine on Turkish cuisine at waterfront restaurants. Bodrum Beach is a thin, pebbly beach that runs around a bay on the east side of the town. One of its greatest assets is its close proximity to Bodrum’s town center, hotels and major attractions.

Wander through the ruins of Kos Castle, a magnificent 14th-century fortress at the entrance of Kos Harbor. The mediaeval fortification was built by the Knights of Saint John to defend the island from the Ottomans.

With a long stretch of white sand and clear water, Paradise Beach more than lives up to its name. The scenic splendor has made it one of the most popular beaches on the island, but it also attracts visitors because of a curious phenomenon. The sea creates water bubbles which rise up to the surface.
