Sunset lights up the tower of Dyche Hall home to KU's Natural History Museum. The museum is open to visitors for a suggested donation of $5 for adults and $3 for children 6 and older. It's been years since I've been inside but as a child I loved to watch the beehive under glass for hours.

Sunflowers will always remind me of home (Kansas). These sunflower fields were a bit past their prime, but it didn't stop me from capturing this beauty. You can take the girl out of Kansas, but you can't take Kansas out of the girl. <3
