Things to do in Curarrehue

The Ojos del Caburgua is a group of three spectacular waterfalls that flow into a pool of turquoise water. These small torrents of water are surrounded by dense forest providing wonderful photo opportunities. Explore this stunning natural environment and swim in cool water below the falls.

Los Pozones Hot Springs is home to six stone pools of different depths and varying temperatures. Surrounded by forests and a rushing river, the pools are set amid gorgeous natural scenery. Relax in the warm water and stay until evening to sip wine beneath the night sky.

Lake Villarrica is a vast body of water stretching more than 15 miles (24 kilometers) across offering beaches, water activities and picturesque vistas. A string of quaint Chilean towns dot the lake’s shores, all great vantage points from which to admire the snow-capped volcano of the same name. Get involved in exhilarating watersports and swim in the pleasantly warm water.

La Poza is a scenic woodland park overlooking Lake Villarrica. With a myriad camping sites and facilities including hot water, lockers and cooking utensils, the park makes an excellent place for a nature excursion.
