"So many hotels don't have a fan in the bathroom and it fogs up. There was a fan that worked, and it didn't rattle. Aside from the mini fridge not being level and causing items to come out, the room felt warm and inviting. "

That was much appreciated. Everyone I dealt with at this hotel were very professional and very friendly.
