"The staff was really nice and accommodating to my later arrival. The only thing is there was only one microwave in the building for guests and that was in the breakfast area. Otherwise, no complaints"

"The only interaction with staff that was positive was a maintenance person that brought us an iron. Otherwise staff was rude, facilities were dirty, remodel was just add another coat of paint, mattress disgusting, prepare for a wait for the one working elevator, restaurant is boarded up. You have to pay for parking, don’t expect to eat breakfast. No beverages served in the dining area you have to pay for drinks in the lobby. After talking with Expedia they called the front desk and were hung up on. Would not recommend this to my enemies. "
