"Breakfast is terrible, recommend not spending money on that. We were placed in a room immediately siding onto construction, woke up at 7:45 to a ton of noise right outside our room and immediately behind the wall our beds were pushed up against. Staff were very unhelpful, one staff member was kind enough to apologize, but then explained that this room wasnt supposed to be rented due to noise, but they had opened it up as the hotel started to fill up. Really horrible experience as we were in desperate need of sleep. We would have spent any amount of money for a quiet night, and when I checked in I was sure to communicate that we would need a quiet room as we were exhausted. Do not recommend."

"Awe, no breakfast in the am. They used to have it but now, no more. Nice quiet place to sleep despite ambalance sirens going off in the wee hours. Overall, nice place to sleep."

"Overall our stay was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check in and out was easy and the hotel itself is nice. Only complaints were that the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold even when set at the hottest setting and the parkade could use some serious work. It was super close to the attractions we went to like Thermea and the theatre which was nice."

"The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. The breakfast was somewhat comical the first couple of days. It did get better on the 3rd day with the addition of more selections and hot food. No complaints about what was offered… but every plate still had their sale stickers on them. It’s obvious this is a hotel in transition, but it should not have been open the way it was. It was not ready for guests, and because of this I will most likely never stay in a Clarion again. Seemed like a money grab being open "
