"We had two rooms, the room to the street was larger than room with view to garden, Breakfast was good, but little narrow space if many people same time. Very central hotel to all points of interests."

"It's a nice hotel, and I thought the staff was hardworking and friendly. I have mixed feelings about the "big cats" theme of the hotel (there was a giant panther right outside my room, which was decorated in various tiger stripes and cheetah spots, etc). The theme is certainly distinctive -- but it's also a little odd. That said, my room was small but well laid out and comfortable. A big plus were the range of excellent pillows. I also loved having a bathroom with a large window and tons of natural light. The breakfast, included with the room, was also great, even if the breakfast room can get quite crowded. Overall, a solid choice in a nice area of town."

"Half the amenities at the hotel were closed during our stay which made the stay far less than enjoyable. Outdoor swimming pools were not accessible. Outdoor adventure golf was not available despite excellent weather. It did not leave with much to do in the hotel. Even the basic spa facilities were not available. Steam room and other facilities were under repairs during our stay and something we were really looking forward to."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Stand out is the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Front desk were extremely helpful in arranging parking that wasn’t on site. Only minor gripe is the lack of access for kids to the indoor pool (3h per day) which seems to be common in Greece"

"The hotel is on a very busy street in Thessaloniki, coming and leaving by car is quite a hassle. Parking is only 500 meters but takes 15-20 minutes to circle back due to busy one way streets. The hotel is okay, with friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Our rooms were a bit strange, as in both rooms we had a sofa and a double decker bed (queen size x2) placed in the middle of the room. Sleeping in a bunk style bed is not what you look for as an adult. I would more appreciate the airiness of the room in a better layout where you can enjoy its size, with 3 beds being more than enough for 90% of travellers. The main street is quite noisy so you cannot leave the windows open for the night in the rooms on the front side. Back side is much quiter."

"Located at the best part of Thessaloniki with easy access to shopping and restaurants but what pleasantly surprised us was the Michelin level cuisine. Try the melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) in the table side and the sea bass crudo and veal cheeks. "

"Laundry room was very convenient, just takes extra time for clothes to dry in the dryer."

"The room was spotless and the staff were really helpful with everything. The location is perfect for walking to the historic sites, we had a lovely balcony looking over the sea. The breakfast options were excellent, something for everyone. Highly recommended."
