السبب الرئيسي في إعطائي الفندق تقييم سيء هو كذبهم في المعلومات المعلنة عن غرفهم، فقد ذكر أنه يتوفر في الفندق واي فاي وخزنة والواقع غير ذلك

Hotellissa ei sinäänsä ole mitään vikaa, mutta se on täysin persoonaton ja kolkko niin palvelun kuin tilojensakin osalta. Tilat ovat puhtaat ja aamupala ok-tasoa. Jos tarvitset paikan, jossa nukkua rauhassa, niin Summit Hampton sopii hyvin siihen tarkoitukseen, mutta mitään palveluelämyksiä se ei tarjoa.

Room smelled moldy and the sheets were damp
We were so tired when we arrived we didn't complain but our room smelled musty and moldy and the sheets were damp. I kept expecting it to get better but it didn't. We should have complained// It was hard to find and the electricity kept going on and off. Not a pleasant stay.
