"It was a very comfortable room and the entire hotel was kept very clean despite being on a beach. They even comb the sand every morning. Very friendly staff and loved having breakfast delivered every morning. Great stay!"

"Our room was clean, staff was great! Cleaning crew deserve a raise. Wonderful girl this am just came by to see if we needed any towels for shower before we check out. She was kind and had great people skills. Thank you for a great great stay!"

"Breakfast was nice with it being delivered evey morning. Wish there was more of a variety for thr options or at least have an actual continental breakfast option. We did request extra pillows on our e-check in and reminded them of it when we got there. We never recieved those extra pillows. We did love that the last hour of the pool being open was adult only! The staff was nice and helpful."

"We were warmly welcomed and allowed into our room early, which was very nice after a long day of traveling. We were also upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice. The hotelโs front desk, staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave great suggestions. Thereโs a nice gym and indoor pool, and the restaurant was top-notch. the rooms are very clean, but also very basic and a little dated. But theyโre in good shape. Our room faced the street, so there was more street noise than we expected. It was easy to walk into downtown Traverse City and the hotel is pretty close to a park with a beach on Lake Michigan."
