"All and all, it was a good stay (6 days). Some housekeeping glitches, one bed not made, didn’t replace coffee cups, air conditioner works fine but was too noisy to leave on when trying to sleep. I’ve machine broken but most days they provided an ice chest with ice. Very convenient location for our tour of the parks."

"Well maintained family owned hotel. The smell when entering the hotel was very pleasant. I was surprised to find the old solid wood door to our room and old fashioned key. It was a great step back in time feeling. The restaurant and bakery on site made it a great stay. We came down from the north rim and really appreciated the Jacob lake inn being close by."
