"Rather old and weathered accomodation but clean . When I booked the accommodation I printed out the details and the price . The hotel charged me a different price when I got there…$40 more than I was quoted. Despite complaining when I got home and showing proof of my quote hotels.com and the Hehei Resort refused to honour my quote. I would not stay there again due to their refusal to honour my quote."

"Sadly disappointed with this property. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted with a very musty smell. The apartment was tired looking with some furniture that had seen better days. The mirror in the bathroom had dark spots all over it where it had had de-silvered and had not been replaced."
