All the staff including Anita, Jess, Tanya, Nikki and the bar chef Jade are all welcoming and caring. The hotel manager, Jeremy always helps me with anything I need as far as my stay in Sale. Cannot Fault Peppertree Apartments in any way. By the the best Place I've stayed in hands down. Also Rose who works was very sweet. Definitely staying here everytime I travel to Sale."

"The Railway Hotel Heyfield is a fabulous hotel! In a prime position and with a welcoming staff it’s an ideal place to stay… My siblings and partners have just enjoyed a weekend bike ride -the Gippsland Plains Rail Trail- and stayed for 2 nights in Heyfield at the hotel. We had one of the happiest, comfortable and memorable weekends we could remember. Dinners on both Friday and Saturday nights were delicious! The staff were friendly and most helpful during our stay. We thank them for the hospitality and look forward to a return visit when we come back to do the ride again!! Ps The Gippsland Plains Rail Trail is fantastic!!"
