"The staff who works nights shift was amazing! Other than that it was not a good experience. Won’t be coming back. The room had grease stains all over the counters. The linen was stained in the bathroom. The room had a mold smell. And the breakfast buffet wasn’t even a buffet."

"The tv did not work so we had to watch a game on our phones and pay for it. The towels smelled and there was parts of the ceiling in the room coming off. The continental breakfast was not so great either. All the fruit was not ready to eat and it was more limited than usual."

"The breakfast and happy hour are great! You receive two drinks tickets per person for each evening of your stay with plenty of choices at the bar. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, ready to make waffles, fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, muffins, coffee, juice and milk. The only complaint I have is with booking. Unfortunately, I booked through Expedia and made a mistake on the dates which I didn't realize until check in. I accidentally booked for the next week. The kind gentleman help my husband get the same suite. He couldn't help cancel the next week's reservation since it was booked through a third party.At check out, an Asian lady was not very helpful when I ask if she would assist us with canceling my mistaken dates! This became a real problem where I had to do a back and forth between Expedia and Embassy Suites. In the end they both blamed each other and would not let me cancel the reservation for the following week. This is pure insanity!!! We had to pay for two night that we did not need. My husband doesn't business in the area and will need a hotel stay probably two nights a month. The hotel and it's amenities are good but the ridiculous policy for cancelation is definitely a turn off!!!"
