"A marina view from our room was spectacular. The room was clean but very very basic. Our thermostat did not work. It was either on full blast cool no matter what temperature setting we chose or we turned off. Called the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Dining options are limited. It was a three star hotel."

"The hotel location is great. This was a quick girls adult weekend. The hotel had a variety of guests, lots of kids and families. Most clientele were well behaved, no problems for us. Our room was clean, a couple of small things missed but was able to get when I saw housekeeping on our floor. They have a nice light system to signify when you want your room serviced. The reviews about the showers are true. Water does get out of the shower. The hot water issue—-there is a safety button on the knob you need to press and turn towards hot. We had no problems with hot water. The jet skis and rentals are right where the beach is in front so not all that peaceful if you are looking for quiet. We rented beach chairs, two umbrellas and cushions for the entire day 10 hrs $85 total. They use a four wheeler to drag the chairs around and it is very disruptive throughout the day and kicks up sand. The pool deck has free chairs but no umbrellas and has a nice view of the ocean. Pool area was clean. The prices of food and alcohol was an absurd amount. Walkable distance to a grocery is well worth it and there is a refrigerator in room, no microwave. A microwave was available in ice machine room if needed. The gift shop was ridiculously expensive-$6 for chapstick. No coffee available until 8am that you have to buy. They should have free coffee in lobby for the morning. The price reflects the location. I would consider staying again. "
