The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

"Overall, our visit to the Grove was a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. One area that significantly impacted the experience was that the elevators in the building were not working. This created inconvenience and confusion when trying to locate rooms and navigate throughout the property, especially at a family-oriented resort. Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer restaurant or food service later into the evening, as extended dining availability would better support families and guests returning after activities. On a positive note, Josh at the bar provided excellent service and created a welcoming atmosphere. I also want to recognize the front desk associate who assisted with check-in (unfortunately I do not remember his name. I believe it's Carlos), as he was extremely helpful, professional, and made the arrival process smooth. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciate the hospitality, while offering these suggestions as opportunities to further improve guest satisfaction."

"The hotel was a bit outdated. It reminded me of a hotel built in the 60's. I traveled to D.C. with my 16 year old son, and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean/well kept, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit tight, but ok for a couple night's stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Chinatown. My only complaint was that there was no microwave. I had to leave food behind because I could not heat it up."

"I loved the property and the amenities. I have been coming to Ocean City over 25 years, I have never paid for early access at any other resort/hotel. We arrived 58 minutes prior to check in and were going to be charged a $50 fee. That needs to be changed especially if it is under an hour."

Hamilton Hotel Washington DC

10/10 Excellent

"Room 220 was lovely and may have been newly renovated. Bed was comfortable room was clean. A robe was available for use. Only issues I had was the lighting was not very bright in the bathroom and in the room. Hard to read by. The outlets by the bed didn’t seem to be connected. We had to charge our phones by the desk. Just minor problems. Parking in Franklin one was convenient and more affordable. $27 overnight and just a block from hotel."
