Bourbon Orleans Hotel

"Perfect location for visiting New Orleans. Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Originally booked a balcony room through Expedia but when we arrived we had at first floor room. Not sure why that was. I was charged $160 on my credit card upon arrival. I was told that was for incidentals. Upon check out the charge was supposed to be reversed. We will see if that happens. Most hotels put a hold on your card and do not charge. However, the stay was nice. I do recommend the hotel."

"Took 45 minutes to get checked in because the system was down and they were not telling anyone so there were lots of annoyed customers. Room was super nice, hotel bar Fandangles had the most amazing bartender DJ. Location is a little off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of downtown, more homeless people in this area (near a safe house I think is what we saw). Other than that, we would stay again. Just very disappointed with the amount of time we waited for check in, only 2 staff working (one being a manager but was always walking away, saw someone else but they would leave) all while there was a line of 20 people that never ended. Phones were “down” but were ringing, using a laptop to check in so no one’s pre check in process was saved and they had to enter everything by hand. Like I said, great hotel besides technical difficulties."

"Enjoyed the room was great as i had to work and the desk and chair were good for working during the day. Parking and room were a plus and great value overall. I also used the washer dryer worked great for me as well reasonable cost"
