"Property well-manicured. Staff friendly. However, they tried to double bill me when I already pain in full through a 3rd party. Room was well-supplied, clean with needed amenities."

"It was a great stay. Luckily I stayed in a renovated studio villa and it was nice clean and spacious! "

"Pros: property was cost effective and large. Not many hotel options that have 3 bedrooms for families. Cons: most of the staff seemed very unhappy that we were there: it was like we were inconveniencing them. A lot of the guests also staying were loud and inconsiderate. We almost left after our very first night. You don’t get very many towels in your room and we were completely out of body wash. Some of the resort was a bit run down but overall pretty well maintained. There was a chunk of trim hanging off by our room and an exit sign that was dangling by cables. The bedsheets on one bed were dirty and the ceiling fan was nearly falling off when turned on. The family activities is only on the weekend and only during the time you would likely want to be out and about. We will not be back. I would recommend paying more to stay on Disney if you’re going there."

"First room was not clean and had a very strong smell of marajuana. second room also not clean and was very very far away from the lobby. lazy to over they want you to pay 28 dollars for an inner tube per person ."
