"The hotel is really beautiful and my stay was good. However, getting a chair by the pool was almost impossible unless you show up at 7:00 a.m. and put a towel on a chair. There were not enough umbrellas as well and many chairs did not have umbrellas or spaces to cover from the Sun.
It's almost like the hotel created a need for shade and seats so they had all these cabanas available to rent for a fee. Most of the cabanas were unused and really a waste of space because not many people paid for them.
That was the only disappointing part in the hotel stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available and not a problem at all.
Steph was really nice and friendly and food at the restaurant was really really good.
As all Miami places, this hotel is overpriced but everything we had there was really good (food and drinks)"
