"Segunda visita que tenemos al hotel, volvimos porque nos encantó la primera vez, las instalaciones muy buenas, limpias, los departamentos impecables, el parque de agua increíble, sobre todo para los niños, tiene un área muy buena. No me gustó. De inicio tuvimos un altercado con el parking, estaba incluido en los servicios ya pagos hacía meses y pretendían cobrarme casi 600 dólares por dos autos, por los 3 días de estancia que estaríamos. Me parecía inaceptable pagar tanto dinero solo por parking, el hotel explicó que era el costo de parking más un depósito pero primero era mucho dinero y segundo ya mis servicios estaban pagos con el parking incluido. La primera vez que fuimos sucedió algo parecido pero pensamos que había sido una confusión, pero ya la segunda vez fue demasiado. Nos explicaron cómo llegar a nuestro departamento pero fue todo un laberinto, nos costó casi una hora llegar al departamento, es engorrosa la búsqueda, así que intenta llegar a la hora justa del check in para que tengas tiempo de buscar ayuda para encontrar tu estadía."

"Nice hotel however I was a little upset that around 4pm after checking in with my teen daughter at 10am I still had not received a text like we were told as to what room we would be staying in. I had to call the desk from the beach to find out what room we were given. Not happy about that. Overall for 1 night not terrible but would not pick there to stay again."

"The was not expected. The bathroom was too small, the air condition stopped working. Reported to front desk, they were suppose to send maintenance personnel. No show. Called back they said he's gone for the night. I called before his shift was over. They offered to give us another room, at 12 midnight I would have to packed family up. Check out st 11."

"For the price, our stay was somewhat disappointing. The resort was clean, which we appreciated, but the furniture and overall decor felt outdated and not quite as expected based on the listing. The property could benefit from some updates and improvements to better match its pricing. The amenities were adequate, but we experienced ongoing issues with the bus transportation service. Buses were frequently delayed, and there was considerable confusion regarding which route to take. Unfortunately, we found it difficult to get clear assistance when questions arose, which made getting around more frustrating than it should have been. Overall, while the resort was clean and offered decent amenities, the value did not fully meet our expectations."

"Great stay started with Gabby at check in. Had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get to desk. Someone brought little bottles of water to us while in line. Gabby was sweet, efficient & informative. Our room was nice. During our stay we experienced car trouble & were assisted by Mason who was a very nice young man who went out of his way to aid us."
