" Very good "

"We stayed on the external section of the resort. It was quiet and you could access the other parts of the resort quite easily. The room was clean. The only qualm we had was there is only one bathroom so it was difficult to get everyone showered and ready for bed after a long tiring day at the parks. There are no other shower facilities nearby. The front desk was very helpful. This was the perfect location for base camp to Universal. There is a walking path to the park, a little less than a mile which can get you quicker access through security. There is an option also along the footpath to go to the Sapphire hotel to take a boat ride to the park. The pool was nice. Checked out the gym which was ok. There was a lot of space in the gym but equipment was a bit sparse. Not enough cleaning wipes spread throughout the space but overall it served it’s purpose."

"The hotel, pools, and waterpark, look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms are bare and unwelcoming. We ended up canceling our stay after a few hours. It was nothing like the pictures and reviews say. It’s also very far from any of the parks, or anything near Orlando. You are at least 30+min away Luckily the manager was very kind and gave us a refund. We left and stayed somewhere else "

"They came to clean the room at 5:00 PM the following day; for breakfast, only the buffet option is available—individual orders are not possible; we waited an hour and a half for slippers and a drinking glass"

"We stayed at the Tressor towers and our room was on the 28th floor. The one and only reason for a 1-star rating is the elevator situation. Only 2 elevators service all of the 36 floors (a 3rd elevator would operate adhoc and a 4th was out of service). The elevators stop at each and every floor on the way up and way down. They sometimes don't stop at your floor at all. Each time going up and down was a 15-20 min wait for the elevator and then a harrowing 10-15 min ride inside. The hotel actually had a staff to manage the elevator traffic. We wasted so much time with the elevators the first couple of days that we actually started hiking the 28 floors via stairs. And we were not the only ones who resorted to doing so. Terrible elevator management considering how much elevator technology has improved in the present times. Absolutely would not recommend staying in these towers."

"We had a fantastic stay with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious food and drinks that were perfect for kids; the pepperoni pizza was a family favorite, while the grilled chicken Caesar salad stood out as my personal favorite! The pools were enjoyable and deep enough for adults, and the kid-friendly lazy river was undoubtedly a top highlight; we spent hours there. The family suite was ideal—spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the kitchen bar and sink. Overall, we will definitely be returning sooner than expected. Thank you!"

"the room on the penthouse floor had a beautiful view , but there were two closets , one was locked the other had a large vent that took away all the space to hang clothes , there were no dressers in the room so my clothes were left in the suitcase . also the bed was dropped on the floor on a platform , anyone with back pain or disabled as I am cant even sleep there "
